At Devify Softs LLC, we strive to deliver exceptional digital design services that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our services.

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we have specific policies in place that differ from traditional product return policies. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our design services, we will work with you to make it right through revisions or, in certain circumstances, provide a partial refund as outlined in this policy.

2. Digital Service Nature

Our design services are digital and custom-created for each client. This means:

  • We cannot “return” digital files in the traditional sense
  • Each project involves significant time and creative resources
  • Work begins immediately after the project deposit is received
  • Custom designs cannot be resold to other clients

For these reasons, we have established a fair refund policy that respects both our clients’ investment and our designers’ time and expertise.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

Important: The 50% deposit required to begin any project is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it reserves our designers’ time and initiates the creative process.

4. Revision Process Before Refund Consideration

Before a refund is considered, we require that clients work with us through our revision process:

Allow us to complete all revision rounds included in your package

Speak directly with your project manager to resolve issues

Final Attempt

Allow us one final attempt to address your concerns

Only after completing these steps will we consider a refund request if you remain unsatisfied with the results.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Completed and approved design work
  • Stock photography, fonts, or other licensed assets purchased for your project
  • Rush service fees
  • Services already rendered and time spent on your project
  • Projects where the client has failed to provide necessary information or feedback for over 60 days
  • Custom design work that has been customized to client specifications

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact your project manager directly to discuss your concerns
  2. If unresolved, email support@devifysoftsllc.online with your order number and detailed explanation of why you’re requesting a refund
  3. Include all relevant communication and project files
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review your request

We will respond to your refund request within 7 business days with our decision and explanation.

7. Approved Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Note that bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days)

Upon refund, all rights to the designs revert to Devify Softs LLC, and you may not use any concepts, drafts, or final designs provided during the project.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding refund eligibility:

  1. We will first attempt to resolve the issue through direct negotiation
  2. If unresolved, we may bring in a third-party mediator at our expense
  3. Both parties agree to mediate in good faith before pursuing other remedies
  4. Any legal actions must be brought in the appropriate courts in Colorado

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. For existing clients, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to their transaction.
